Trektoria Shipping Policy

At Trektoria, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, including clear and straightforward shipping policies.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: The total delivery time is 7–12 business days, including processing and shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on all orders to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trektoria.com if you need to make any changes.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please do not return items to our office address. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorisation email.

Tracking Your Order

All customs fees and taxes are paid. The price listed on the product page is the final price.
